After breakfast drive to Gulmarg “Meadow of Flowers” 2730 Mts. above sea level. The distance of 56 kms will be covered in about 2 hrs. Gulmarg has one of the best Ski slopes in the world and the highest golf course in the world with 18 holes. One can also have the view of Nanga Parbat if weather permits. The view en route from Tangmarg to Gulmarg is fascinating. One can also have a short trek up to Khilanmarg which can be covered in about 3 to 4 hrs or enjoy the scenic view of Kongdori on a Cable Car Known as Gondola (on a direct pay basis).OVERNIGHT STAY IN HOTEL GULMARG.

Roads here are custom-built to test your stomach, your butt and your vehicle’s suspension. There are no markets here, nothing to buy and no greatly famous buildings. But extremely beautiful landscape. Overnight stay in Gurez valley.

Explore Gurez Valley. Day at Leisure. The scenic beauty of this place is actually a lot different than what you will find in other hill stations. We will cross razdan pass, Peer baba Shrine, Kishen Ganga River, Habba Khatoon Peak, Dawar. Dawar is a small town in mid of nowhere. After Dawar, we can drive approximately 60 kilometers to the village of Chakwali on the Indian side of the border. This is where you can see the mountains controlled by Pakistan. there are several small and beautiful villages like Shaikhpora, Puarana Tilail, Badugam, Hasangam, Baduab, Miru, Angaikot, Gujran etc. Overnight stay in Dwar Gurez Valley.

DAY TRIP DOODHPATHRI
It's a lovely place to visit at 2500 metres asl. There are at least 2 meadows and a vast expanse of conifer trees and a good amount of snow if you are there in April. In May - Aug, the snow melts and the grass in the meadows turn vibrant green. That's a good time too. There is at 3kms Trek to Shilaganga at 2700 metres. You should be protected against cold wind. No need to buy gum boots, no need to take ponies (₹1600-2000) if you can Trek. It's a lovely road Trek. Taxis also go. There are two hutment resorts which can also be booked in advance. Forest department manages one of them. You get tea coffee maggi on way and at Shilaganga too. Recommended.
